Free Consultation
- Complete a short questionnaire when scheduling your consultation.
- We'll discuss your business and bookkeeping needs.
- If we're a good fit, I'll determine whether a diagnostic review of your QuickBooks Online file is appropriate.
- A video review will be sent via email after the initial consultation and financial analysis.
Engagement Letter
- Review and sign the approved Proposal/Engagement Letter — a written agreement defining the scope of work.
- Must be signed by all owners/partners, with the retainer fee or first month's payment received before work begins.
- Services are month-to-month, with 30 days' notice required by either party.
- Monthly payments are automatically deducted per the agreed arrangement.
- Fees are tax-deductible!
Setup & Maintenance
- Already use QBO? All I need is an invite for access.
- New to QBO? No problem — I can handle the setup or migration for a one-time fee and find the best billing option for you.
- Once set up, transactions are pulled from your bank daily, then categorized and reconciled weekly or monthly.
- You'll receive a clear list of what I need from you each month to keep things running smoothly.
